This course introduces students to the theory and practice of leadership and administration in the local church. Emphasis is placed on biblical foundations, theological reflection, and practical skills necessary for effective ministry leadership. Students will explore how faithful leadership integrates vision, organization, people, and resources for the mission of the church. Topics include goal setting, team building, delegation, human relationships, budgeting, committees, legal and ethical concerns, personnel and volunteer management, church operations, and leadership development.
